Most AC units just sit out in the open - exposed to falling debris, hail, and whatever else comes their way. A cover built right can add real protection without restricting airflow or making future maintenance a headache. That's exactly what this job was about.

We started from scratch. The roof panel was fabricated in the shop - steel plate welded up clean with integrated tubing pockets to accept the support posts. Every cut and weld was done with the final fit in mind, so installation would go smooth and the whole thing would sit level and solid once it was in the ground.

Post holes were dug and set with precision - we used a laser level on site to make sure everything was plumb before anything got locked in. That kind of prep work is what separates a structure that looks right from one that actually is right. Once the posts were set, the roof panel dropped right into place.

The finished cover is a black powder-coated steel structure with a pitched roof panel, four corner posts set into the ground, and enough clearance for the unit to breathe and for a tech to get in and do service work without any trouble. Clean lines, no wasted material, solid from every angle. That's what custom fabrication is supposed to look like.

This is the kind of work we do when someone needs something that doesn't exist off a shelf. If you've got a piece of equipment - or anything else - that needs a purpose-built metal solution, this is what we're here for.
