F550 Receiver Hitch Welded Solid With Added Gusset Reinforcement

Some problems just keep coming back until you fix them the right way. This F550 had a recurring issue - the bolts holding the receiver hitch kept breaking. Replace the bolts, they break again. That cycle tells you one thing: the original mount wasn't built to handle the load being put on it.

We welded the hitch solid directly to the frame and added gussets to reinforce the connection points.
